A playground for Ruben Centre Primary School, serving 2,000 students in the Mukuru slum of Nairobi, Kenya. To adequately serve a large population of children, the playground was divided into multiple play corners throughout the school grounds, including a football field, an obstacle course, a geodesic dome made from scrap pipe, a giant see-saw airplane, and a kid’s town, complete with play shops, cars, motorbikes, and a bus. Project funded by donors of Ruben Centre.
