Playground Renewal at Riverfield

Project Details

At our school, Riverfield County Day School in Tulsa, OK, we have a shared playground that is used by K-3 grades.  Our school sits on 120 acres of natural space and we want to renew our common play space into a more inviting play space for all ages.  As an inquiry based learning school, our 2nd & 3rd Grade class is beginning an investigation of renewing our playground.  Our hope is to make use of previously used materials and re-purpose them as climbing and/or obstacle course type structures.    We are in the research phase of our investigation and we are hoping to inspiration from other project from around the world.
