Mesendorf rebirth through play

Project Details

We are building a playground in Mesendorf, Transylvania, an almost deserted village, in which children even leave the village to go to school every day. It is missing the energy of play, and children remaining in the village often expel their extra energy by breaking into neighbouring properties, breaking windows, breaking trees and generally destroying what they can. We aim to give them something fun to do so they can enjoy being children, interact around a safe ground and make friends, spur creativity and rejuvenate the village through a central public playground.
