Browning Cultural City Park

Project Details

Our organization has an agreement with the city to turn the land around our office into a city park .  We are partnering with the Visions Service Adventures program of Montana to expand on the existing playground.  We plan to add many features of interest to various ages and plan on using as many recycled materials in the design as possible.  We want to incorporate traditional Blackfeet Indian artwork and designs to offer more of a connection to the culture of the communitiy.  In addition to the playground improvements, the full city park project will include a community garden program connected to the local schools and possibly a small farmer's market, an outdoor classroom and event ready space, a household item music making station, and showcases for local student artwork.
