Project Details

Playgrounds in all the Major towns in Sierra Leone. We plan to start in the capital city of Freetown...it would be a play,ground for kids from AWOL where they will get to be children and enjoy the freedom to run around and have absolute fun. The first park will be big as the population is more in the Capital.. We plan to have a variety of equipments, an agriculture garden where the kids can come and learn gardening or about plants, we would like to have lots of greenery to make the place Eco friendly. We would have to sustain the park through fund raising, renting out a couple of small restaurants and a low end park toy store, a small house for the keeper, a shed for storage, basketball court, 5aside football pitch, a small games room, a small outdoor amphitheatre which can also be rented out as and when for school concerts, kids parties to generate income for the sustainability of the playground..
