TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Raffle conducted by From the Ground Up, trading as Playground Ideas (PI). Gaming permit holder is Marcus James Veerman.
Permit No. 10586/17
15 prizes will be awarded with a total value of $17,595.
Ticket sales commence 9/10/17 and end on 6/12/17
A maximum of 50,000 tickets will be sold.
Raffle prizes will be drawn at the Playground Ideas office, 1/29 Nunan Street Brunswick East 3057 on 7/12/2017 at 10am.
Prize values are in Australian Dollars and are the recommended retail values at the time of printing.
Entry is open to the public however we require payment by a person over 16 years of age. Persons engaged in the management, sale or supervision of the raffle and their immediate family are not permitted to enter. Entry in the draw may not be cancelled after the draw.
Entry is by purchase of tickets at www.myyearofawesome.org (the website). Entries are validated after payment is received. Entries are stored in the website database and emailed to the Gaming permit holder on the closing date of the raffle. From the Ground Up, Trading as Playground Ideas, accepts no responsibility for late payment or payment not received for any reason. Playground Ideas is not responsible for unforeseen technical difficulties with the ordering process and does not warrant that the ordering process will be available at all times.
There is no limit to the number of entries per entrant, subject to Raffle Ticket availability.
Ticket price: $5; Extra free tickets available if multiple tickets of 5 or 8 are purchased and if the campaign is shared on social media:

The prize draw will be conducted by random on the 7/12/17 at 10am.
1st prize will be drawn first, followed by all other prizes in descending order of value. Prizes may not be exchanged for cash.
All winners will be notified by email and winners names will be published on the Year of Awesome website. Tickets in the Playground Ideas raffle are sold to the general public.
All images are for promotional purposes only. Winners are expected to provide a statement and short video and photo of their experience/s of their prize that can be used as promotional material for subsequent fundraising raffles and to share via Playground Ideas and Year of Awesome websites and social media channels. Experiences are subject to conditions outlined by each sponsor. It is the responsibility of the prize winner to claim his/ her prize once notified by Playground Ideas. Unclaimed prizes will be retained for a period of three months post draw however the specific conditions for prize may result in the winner missing the experience if a ticketed or scheduled prize.

First prize: Intrepid Travel Vietnam Family Adventure for two adults and two children, valued at $10,441.
Prize is a trip for a family of four people (two adults and two children) on Intrepid Travel’s 13 day Vietnam Family Adventure small group tour (TVFA) small group tour. Prize includes return airfares from any Australian major city to Vietnam. The prize is available on departures between 01 Jan 2018 and 31 Dec 2018 only and is provided on a twin share basis. The prize package cannot be split up into different packages and must be taken at once. Prizes are not exchangeable, are not transferrable [to another traveller] and cannot be redeemed for an equivalent cash value. The trip must be booked with Intrepid Travel and confirmed before 31 Dec 2018. No extension is available. Any additional passengers will be at the prize winner’s expense. Intrepid Travel is not responsible for prize winners who do not claim their prize by the book by date. The trip is subject to availability and confirmation by Intrepid Travel. All components of the prize must be taken together or otherwise are deemed to be forfeited. A minimum of 4 travellers must be confirmed on the Intrepid trip for the prize winner booking to be confirmed on their requested date, please check at time of booking. Intrepid trips are subject to availability and confirmation by Intrepid Travel. Itineraries and inclusions are subject to change without notice. Tour details can be found at: www.intrepidtravel.com. Travel Insurance is required to be held by all Intrepid travellers & is not included in the prize. Travel insurance, any additional meals, any extra sightseeing or activities, any additional accommodation, personal spending money, passports, travel visas required, any other transport as required to and from departure point, single supplement and all other ancillary costs, as well as obtaining any of these, are the responsibility of the winner and their travel companions. Second prize: Intrepid Travel Melbourne Adventure Loop for two adults and two children, valued at $2,176.
Prize is a trip for a family of four people on Intrepid Travel’s 3 day Melbourne to Melbourne Adventure Loop (PAMM-O) small group tour. The prize is available on departures between 01 Jan 2018 and 31 Dec 2018 only and is provided on a twin share basis. The prize package cannot be split up into different packages and must be taken at once. Third prize: Lakeshore House, Daylesford getaway for 8 people, valued at $1,700
Lakeshore House arrangements need to be made with the owner for suitable stay times that do not include peak demand periods. Cannot accommodate pets.
Fourth prize: Wanderlings Airstream Trailer and Peninsula Hot Springs Family weekend away, valued at $650.
The Wanderlings Airstream is the “Peggy Sue”. Books are subject to availability. Winners must book their own location, see http://wanderlings.com.au/faqs/ for further information. Bookings to be made directly with Wanderlings.
Peninsula Hot Springs experience must be used before 3/7/2018.
Fifth Prize: Great Ocean Road Chocolaterie & Ice creamery and Big 4 Anglesea Holiday Park, valued at $600.
Big 4 Anglesea expires 20th December 2018 and cannot be used during school holidays or long weekends. Great Ocean Road Ice Creamery valid until 5/7/2018.
Sixth Prize: Slow Clay experience for 6 people valued at $450 is valid until 27/7/ 2018.
Seventh Prize: Arts Centre Family tickets valued at $276. Winners are required to pick up tickets at the box office before the show. Experience to be used on Sunday, January 7th at 3pm.
Eighth Prize: Zoo Family Membership, valued at $216, requires activation by 30/6/2018 and will be valid from that date for one year.
Ninth Prize: Circus Oz Family Circus Experience valued at $120. Please contact Participation Manager, Katrina Gill: 9676 0345 or [email protected] to make arrangements for your family experience prize.
Tenth Prize: Enchanted Adventure Garden, Arthurs Seat, Mornington Peninsula family pass, valued at $100. Valid until 18/9/18.
Eleventh Prize: National Institute of Circus Arts Family pass valued at $83 is valid for use during the third year students showcase performance before 1/8/2018.
Twelfth Prize: Museums Victoria Household Membership valued at $79. Prize is an annual membership and is valid for one year, from the time of activation. Please read Museum Terms and Conditions for membership here.
Bonus Prizes:
Marriner Theatre’s VIP pass for two, valued at $410 are subject to availability and are valid for the duration of the production of Priscilla Queen of the Desert performances during Melbourne season at the Regent Theatre, starting January 2018.
Chunky Move Complete Beginner Dance classes valued at $176, valid until 26/9/2018
