Welcome to City Hearts Africa Child Partnership Programme. We work alongside local communities in Accra to reach out to the most vulnerable children, partnering with schools in the education of these children to sponsor them through the critical stages of education, who can't afford to pay school fees and get good healthy meals. We organise a number of essential weekly programs to help them with homework, and their learning, including a successful Young Leaders Academy call Ignite, with the aim of resourcing this valuable generation who will be vital to the on going development of the country of Ghana.
Part of our commitment to caring for the wider community, we undertake various developmental projects each year, themed Project 180. The concept is that, working with the wider community, both local and international, we to turn around the effects of poverty.
This year we want to build an adventure playground for an inner city school, turning around an area of hazardous land, into what we have coined "Learning and Imagination Stations"
The school doesn't have a playground yet, and knowing how important a playground is for children and how much it enhances their learning and overall development, we are embarking on this project to facilitate their education, and well-being.
We believe so much in the future of these children, and the potentials in each one of them to make their families and community better, so we are so excited about this project.
