Play Village Morocco

Project Details

I am volunteering and living in a rural village in the Mid Northern region of Morocco, a couple hours west of Meknes (near Sidi Slimane). My work is primarily focused on youth development. I am going to build a playground in my community in order to provide a place for the children to play. There is not a place devoted to children, and it would benefit the community by giving the youth a safe place to play. I have introduced this idea to the community, and members are willing and excited to help me out. I am hoping to find a way to fund this project if possible. It would be a great way for me to give back to this community which has been overwhelmingly welcoming and giving to me.
